With Pierrot and the Garden on the Moon, ALI ZALZALI imagines his second Couture chapter as a tale told through six silhouettes, inspired by the poetic world of the Little Prince and Pierrot.
It is a universe imbued with melancholic tenderness, curiosity and dreams. With an almost childlike audacity, it believes that the impossible can take root anywhere, if one knows how to see it and believe in it.
And so, the fantastical comes to life at ALI ZALZALI, who envisions Pierrot and the Garden on the Moon as a sublime, dreamlike lunar landscape composed of sculptural corsets, signature draping and twists, sculpted leather oysters, handcrafted flowers, horizons of feathers and natural materials...
Here, technique serves emotion, disappearing from view to allow the creator’simagination to emerge.
Following Natura Morta, the first collection exploring the cycles of the living world, Pierrot and the Garden on the Moon pays tribute to Nature, whose beauty and mysteries establish themselves as part of the Maison’s language.
